By accessing or using TalentOracle (“Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
TalentOracle generates probabilistic career trajectory reports from resume and career data submitted by Customers. Reports include retention risk scores, earnings trajectory forecasts, and retention intervention recommendations. All outputs are probabilistic — not guarantees.

The Service, its underlying models, and all TalentOracle-generated content (excluding your input data) are owned by TalentOracle. Reports generated from your data are licensed to you for internal business use. You retain ownership of all resume and career data you submit.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Report usage resets each billing period. Unused reports do not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods. Free trial limits apply as displayed at sign-up.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, THAT EMPLOYEES IDENTIFIED AS HIGH-RISK WILL DEPART, OR THAT INTERVENTIONS WILL SUCCEED. USE OF THE SERVICE AND RELIANCE ON REPORTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENTORACLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY REPORT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold TalentOracle harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law — including employment or data protection law.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice (email or in-app notification). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
